What to have ready when you call

• Where the tree is: city, and where on the property
• Size, roughly — compared to the house is fine (“taller than the roofline”)
• Condition: healthy, browning, dead, cracked, leaning — and since when
• What it could hit: house, fence, lines, the neighbor’s anything
• Access: gate widths, slope, how close a truck can park
• Power lines: if any wire touches or nears the tree, say so first

Two minutes of detail changes what shows up: the right crew, the right equipment, and a quote that survives contact with reality. Vague calls get scouting visits; precise calls get numbers.

If this is an emergency
